There are a variety of luxury homes available in Westfield NJ and a home buyer can be sure to find everything from a beautiful Victorian, with it’s own character and unique story to tell, to a brand new Colonial waiting for your family to start its story! Two recent sales most probably highlight the variety of homes that contribute to the variety of housing available in Westfield NJ.
A spectacular 5 Bedroom, turn-of-the-century Victorian colonial home recently sold on Prospect Street, close to Downtown. It boasted a wrap-around porch, a grand foyer and a host of architectural details allowing one to step back in time and enjoy the relaxed living style of yesteryear, along with modern conveniences of today. It sold for $1,035,000 after 112 days on the market.
The other sale was a 5 Bedroom home on Woods End Road, just off of Lawrence Avenue, a Colonial that was built in 2010. This lovely home offered quality craftsmanship, an open floor plan with large, bright rooms and had everything the buyer of newer construction is searching for, right down to the media room in the basement. It sold for $1,450,000 after only 27 days on the market!
