Westfield NJ real estate has been having another busy month for closings…..
July was the busiest month to date for 2012 with 47 homes closing , beating out June by one closing! The lowest sale was $252,000 and the highest sale was $1,450,000 with an average sales price of $724,048. The actual listing-price-to-sales-price ratio was 96.3%. There are still 147 properties available on the market in Westfield (click link for currently Westfield NJ MLS Listings) – so buyers who are considering purchasing still have a large inventory to choose from. Asking prices are ranging from $129,000 for a 1 bedroom Coop on Sandra Circle, Westfield to $6,600,000 for a magnificent 8 bedroom mansion on Kimball Circle. And then, there are the 146 homes available that fall in-between these two price ranges!
